OPERATION SPEARHEAD

SEVEN TASKS.
NINETY DAYS.

Wake by 0630. Train. Eat to your number. Stay dry. Read. Pray. Move on Sunday. Finish every weekly target and the shirt is yours.

Operation Spearhead
▸ THE TASKING

THE WHOLE THING
FITS ON ONE CARD.

Four of the seven tick themselves from what you already log in OPMODE. The other three take a tap. It runs on the honor system either way: a tap overrides anything the app read.

▸ SCORING

ONE BAD DAY
DOESN'T END IT.

Most challenges send you back to day one for a single miss. This one is built to survive a bad week.

◆ DAILY

One task holds a pillar

Miss every task inside a pillar and the day fails. Everywhere else, a single completion holds the line — skip the workout but hit your calories and physical still stands.

◆ EXCEPTION

Sobriety stands alone

No alcohol is the one task nothing covers for. Miss it and the day is gone, whatever else you did.

◆ WEEKLY

Six sessions, or the week is missed

Training is scored by the week. A missed week costs your grade, never the challenge. Hit every target in a later week and one comes off your record, twice across the ninety.

◆ ALLOWANCE

Five grace days

Spend one to save a failed day. Five across ninety days, and when they are gone they are gone.

▸ Terms are locked. Same seven tasks, same rules, everyone who finishes.

▸ COMPLETION

EVERY TIER IS A FINISH.
ONE COMES WITH A SHIRT.

A missed training week drops your grade. It never ends your run.

▸ FULL CREDIT

Ninety Unbroken

Every weekly target met

  • Spearhead T-shirt
  • Title + emblem
  • 5,000 Intel

▸ COMPLETED

Held the Line

1–2 weeks under target

  • Title + emblem
  • 3,000 Intel

▸ COMPLETED

Held the Line

3+ weeks under target

  • Title + emblem
  • 2,000 Intel
◆ SHIRT TERMSFIRST 100

Full credit only, capped at the first 100 finishers. Claim it in the app within 30 days of finishing. Miss that window and you keep the title, emblem and Intel, but not the shirt.

We ship to the US and Canada. Progress is self-reported, so every claim is checked against your challenge record before anything is sent. A record we cannot confirm is one we will come back to you about, not one we quietly fill.

The challenge runs in OPMODE: all seven tasks on one card, pillar status at a glance, grace days counted for you. First session free, then a 14-day trial.

▸ QUERIES

When does it start?

Whenever you do. No cohort, no start date. Day 1 is the day you start.

What fails a day?

Missing every task in a pillar, or missing no alcohol, which fails the day on its own.

What if I miss a training week?

Your grade drops and the challenge keeps running. Hit every target in a later week and one missed week comes off your record, up to twice.

Who sets the calorie goal?

You do. Pick a number that supports six training days, then hold it for ninety.

I'm not religious. Does the spiritual pillar rule me out?

No. Reading covers any considered text, and contemplation counts alongside prayer.

Does it cost anything?

Enlisting is free. Running it needs OPMODE — first session free, then a 14-day trial. See pricing.

◆ BEFORE YOU STARTNOT MEDICAL ADVICE

If you drink daily or heavily, speak to a doctor before you stop. Withdrawal in physically dependent drinkers can be severe and can cause seizures. It needs supervision, not willpower.

Set a calorie goal you can train on. You choose the number, so choose one that supports six sessions a week. If you have a history of disordered eating, get advice before running this task, or run the challenge without it.

This is fitness programming for general education, not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any new exercise, nutrition or alcohol-cessation program. Terms.
